HVS3 Accessory Page

The picture at left shows the HVS3 with the backup filter holder installed.  This filter holder uses "Pall Corporation" filters PN 63675.  They are glass fiber and have a collection efficiency of 99.95% at 0.3µm.  This filter is 10" (257mm), in diameter, and allows for the collection of biologicals and other particulate that is smaller than 5µm.  

The addition of the accessories at right will allow the HVS3 to be used for sampling furniture, drapes and odd areas.  It has been used in atticks and crawl spaces for example.

The items used in this arrangement that are accessories are:
1.  2" flex hose.
2.  Cyclone discharge fitting.
3.  cyclone inlet fitting.
4.  FEP flex joints.
5.  1" lg. Alum. tubing extension.
6.  Hand Nozzle.
