AS1100 Accessory Page

 

The 4" (100mm) cyclone shown is used to remove + 10µm material from the gas stream being sampled.  This lowers the loading on the filter allowing for extended sample times and large sample collection for analysis,  Also shown in the picture are two 316L Stainless Steel nozzles used for high temperature sampling.  The Hardhat is for size reference.

This heating jacket for the AS1100 filter holder allows particulate sampling of gas streams that are somewhat loaded with H2O.  This filter holder heater holds the temperature at 250° F.  Used with Stainless Steel sample probes and nozzles.

This set of plates is a particle impacter that fits the filter holder on the AS1100.  We supply it for PM 2.5µm and PM 10µm.  The system allows for total particulate with a backup filter,
